CURZON CONSULTANTS
Consultants in Curzon work closely with one of the partners and focus on one of the core specialist areas. Whilst
the partners bear the principal burden of business development, the role of the consultant is to manage all
aspects of the recruitment process including client and candidate logistics, interviewing and assessment. These
positions make an excellent career step both for researchers ready to move up to a full interviewing and
assessment role and for seasoned consultants from more junior firms, ready to step up in seniority.
We are also interested in hear from very experienced consultants who have the business development flair to
join us at or near partner level and who can develop a new specialist area for the firm.
Qualifications
You will be a thoroughly experienced and creative recruiter with several years’ exposure to the retained
executive search market. This may have been as a researcher or as a consultant. Alternatively, you may
bring experience from a successful career in industry or commerce, with a flair for people and a desire
to enjoy the high level or personal freedom available to the search world. To enjoy working in The Curzon
Partnership you will need to entrepreneurial, relaxed, unstuffy, unbureaucratic and team oriented.
The Rewards
No-one has ever left The Curzon Partnership for more money. Compensation is entirely in cash with an
excellent base salary and, for these consultant positions, a bonus based on the overall profitability
of the relevant specialist area. The basis for the bonus each year is clearly set out and agreed by all
concerned.
