Our client is a fast growing energy company with interests across Europe.  Their growth over the past few years has resulted in expansion across their energy portfolio and along with this; there is now the need to recruit for the new role of Head of Procurement in London.

Reporting into the Business Unit Director and functionally into the Group Head of Procurement, this person will have overall responsibility for establishing procedures and systems for the business unit, as well as working synergies across the business and countries. Central to this would be stakeholder management, both internally and with external parties including the contractor community.

Candidates will be procurement professionals, with an appropriate industry accreditation and direct OPEX and CAPEX experience. This person should have a strong knowledge of the UK North Sea and have experience of procurement processes and strategies in the energy sector. This person should be diplomatic, consensual and dynamic in their approach to work and a true team player.
